Our client is one of India's largest digital B2C platforms offering financial services to HNI customers and individuals across India. They have set up a state-of-the-art office based in Chennai and are looking to expand massively.
About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Director who would be responsible for managing a large scale Tele-Sales team, responsbile for selling Mutual Funds Products and other Financial services to HNI individuals and customers across India. This role reports to the VP - Marketing and leadership team, owning up sales targets and creating a business strategy for revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Overall experience of 12-17 years with strong background into Tele-sales.
- Good experience in Wealth Management, Mutual Funds and Equity sales to customers across India.
- Currently managing B2C sales and a large scale Tele-sales team.
- Proven success of meeting sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
