About the Role:
- We're on the lookout for a Director of Sales to join our client in the US. In this pivotal role, you will drive business development (Hunting) initiatives and be responsible in brining in new logo's within a specific region. Your focus will revolve around selling cutting-edge IT and digital transformation services to enterprise clients, and building the entire sales function for the organization whilst collaborating with the tech leadership team.
- Being the "Hunter", your primary mission will be to identify and secure new business opportunities and forge valuable relationships with CXO level professionals, all with the goal of fueling revenue growth. With a highly skilled tech delivery team by your side, your sole focus will be to embark on the hunt for fresh opportunities, while our delivery teams ensures the delivery of top-notch IT services to our valued customers.
Key Requirements:
- A self-starter, with a proven track record with 15-20 years of successful sales and business development experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in "hunting" for new clients and securing new business opportunities.
- A strong background in selling technology and IT services to verticals, particularly in Retail, CPG, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and CIO-1 level executives.
