In this position you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of Regional Managers on the territory of responsibility: planning, tasking, controlling and analyzing the work of employees
Budgeting
Organization of recruitment and training of employees, coaching, participation in development, organization and conducting of educational programs and trainings
Development of motivational schemes for sales team members of different levels
Interaction with opinion leaders, key clients and partners
Coordinating promotion plans for the company's products together with the marketing department
Analysis and planning of the development of new territories (potential evaluation, development plan, making contacts)
Organization of specialized events for customers and partners
You must have:
Higher pharmaceutical or medical education
Experience of working in pharmaceutical market is strictly obligatory;
At least 2 years of management experience
Experience of managing RF administrative districts
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
English language skills are an advantage
Analytical and constructive thinking.
