Job Description
Responsibilities:
- negotiating with key players, concluding contracts;
- personnel management;
- team building;
- developing a strategy for the development of sales;
- Ensuring that sales, distribution, profitability and revenue targets are met, and that company budgets are met;
- Ensuring maximum representation of the company's products in traditional retail.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate (Black Earth region);
- experience of managing a team of 3 or more people;
- experience in FMCG companies;
- negotiation skills;
- stress resistance;
- communication skills;
- experience of working with wholesale and retail sales channels.
