We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer – Hydraulic Cylinders with 5+ years of experience in industrial sales. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and experience providing solutions across sectors such as Steel, Cement, Ports, and Power. This role requires strong sales acumen, client engagement, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for hydraulic cylinder solutions.

Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.

Negotiate with clients to close orders within targeted timelines.

Collaborate with design, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sectoral opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in hydraulic cylinder sales across industrial sectors.

Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, applications, and industrial processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and develop business.

Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to CRM tools is desirable.
