We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer with 2+ years of proven experience in hydraulic seals sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering technical solutions for sealing systems across industries such as Steel, Cement, Power, Ports, and Heavy Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for hydraulic seals and sealing solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sealing products.

Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.

Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

2+ years of proven experience in hydraulic seals sales.

Strong technical knowledge of sealing systems and applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
