We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 4-9 years of experience in healthcare product sales to join their team and contribute to our growth.
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for their healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the healthcare products industry and a strong network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers. The role requires managing existing relationships and adding new channel partners to maximize revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
- Build new relationships to expand the customer base and market reach.
- Channel Partner Engagement:
- Identify, onboard, and support channel partners to enhance product distribution.
- Work collaboratively with channel partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Market Expansion and Brand Promotion:
- Increase brand awareness through strategic promotional activities and presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Implement marketing campaigns to promote products and solutions effectively.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in sales within the healthcare products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
- Good understanding of the healthcare products market, including personal weighing scales, body composition analyzers, and fitness equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
