Position Title: Sales Head

Product Segemnt:Maternal and Child Healthcare
Roles and Responsibilities-
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across India.
Analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, establish sales targets, and drive sales force effectiveness.
Team Management:
Build and oversee a team of sales representatives and application specialists.
Set performance targets, provide guidance and training, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
Channel Management:
Guide the setup of InnAccel’s channel network.
Manage key distributor relationships and build relevant guidelines and processes.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the marketing team on market analysis, competitive intelligence, marketing initiatives, and KOL management.
Process Management:
Ensure compliance with existing sales processes and establish new commercial processes as needed.
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
Forecast sales volumes, revenue, and expenses for medical devices.Develop annual sales budgets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience managing a national sales team or a large zone in India.
- Proven track record of successful people management.
- Experience in a startup or building a business from the ground up.
- Background in medical device sales.
