Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and business development activities.
- To develop and maintain the local sales strategy for the segment.
- To build up strong customer relationship with new customers and maintains good relationship to existing customers.
- To establishes plans and proposals to expand the customer base.
- To contributes to the development, training and educational programs for employees.
- To achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company strategy.
Requirements:
- Higher education (mining engineer or tunnel construction).
- Knowledge of the rockfall protection materials market.
- A dynamic high-performing Sales leader.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels.
- Excellent structural and analytical skills.
- Project management skills.
