Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
- Regional Leadership: Oversee sales and service operations for OEMs and End-Users, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and performance.
- Solution Customization: Leverage your regional expertise to tailor solutions that address specific client needs, particularly in the areas of Industrial Automation, Machine Tools, Factory Automation and Robotics.
- Technological Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends by incorporating cutting-edge technologies like Digitalization, Smart Manufacturing and IoT into our offerings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate should be a engineering graduate from tier 1/tier 2 institutions.
- Above 10years of experience in sales in Industrial Automation & Robotics or relevant field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Automation, Robotics and related software solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple regions.
- A deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Digitalization, Smart Manufacturing, and IoT.
