Designation: Sales Manager
Locations: Bhopal
Coverage Area: Madhya Pradesh
Product Segment: Radiology
Must Have: Experience in X-Ray, CR & DR
Work exp: min. 5+ years
Education: Science Graduate B.Sc., B.Tech. etc. (Postgraduates preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans
- Providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making
- Initiating & managing strategic partners program leveraging channel sales including, planning, implementing, and tracking projects
- Managing accounts and meeting / exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements.
- Monitor and analyze performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunity.
Key Skills: 60:40(Government: Private), confident, good presentation skills, analytical skills, should be from medical equipment industry selling capital equipment’s (preferably radiology products).
