Remote work possiblePOSITION OBJECTIVE:
Marketing and sales of personal care products including management of distributors and direct customers.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To increase profitable sales through the development and maintenance of an effective relationship with customers and distributors.
2. Introduction of new products.
3. Managing the sales budget
4. Real influence on company strategy in key regions
5. Provide distributors and end customers with technical answers.
DUTIES:
1. Prepare and work in accordance with an annual sales budget and work plan for each distributor.
2. Manage the distributor. This includes direct communication, commercial and technical handling.
4. Understand customer needs. Find the right solution.
5. Mapping the competition.
What indicators will determine the success of the position?
- Sales budget compliance
- Achievement of quality targets: project management, management of contacts with distributors
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales of raw materials in the personal care industry (including manufacturing companies) Strong knowledge of the chemistry of preservatives, emollients, surfactants, actives and the wet wipes market
- Experience in sales management, distributor management
- Technical background
- Perfect French & English- essential, Italian is a plus
