Job Description:
In pursuit of expanding sales and enhancing brand visibility in France, our client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager. This is an opportunity for personal and professional growth within the company. The ideal candidate will concentrate on cultivating enduring relationships with new clients and will bring their own network and contacts to the table. This is a full-time position based in the Paris area, reporting directly to the Managing Director in USA.Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new leads and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Anticipate client requirements and propose new product solutions by effectively communicating their capabilities.
- Foster meaningful and enduring customer relationships.
- Oversee projects and production processes from initial prospecting through final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our project management teams and production facilities in China and France.Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience with established relationships and accounts in the industry.
- Ability to work independently while effectively utilizing communication tools to interact with internal teams in New York and China.
- Proficiency in proactive sales techniques and closing strategies.
- Prioritization of account visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Utilization of technology such as MS365, CRM, and ERP systems to stay organized and updated.
- Creative thinking with an ability to draw inspiration from various industries to enhance the brand.
- Track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).Additional Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury secondary packaging sales, preferably with products produced in Asia.
- Residency in the Paris area.
- Strong proficiency in English and French communication skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3).Salary Package:
- Competitive base salary of approximately €65k.
- Commission-based incentives on sales.
- Performance-based bonuses.
