Job duties
- Attracting new clients to the company
- Active sales of leasing products to new and current customers;
- Attracting and building relations with suppliers of equipment/automotives/special vehicles

Ability to establish contacts:
- Get to know people of different beliefs and psychological types, different statuses
Persuasion Skills:
- Ask questions, identifying the interlocutor's position and needs.
- Provide arguments and examples that are persuasive and understandable to the interlocutor.
- Keep the goal in mind, not forgetting the client's interests.
- Ability to work in a competitive environment
Sales Skills.
- Knows sales techniques, can identify needs and motives of customers
- Builds arguments based on the needs of the customer so that the customer agrees to buy (makes a convincing case that offers a good deal for the customer)
Specialized knowledge
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals, taxation systems for legal entities, basic accounting programs
- Knowledge of main competitors and financial services market in his region
- PC user: MS Office programs, knowledge of SPARK / Contour focus, 1C (optional)
Client-oriented
- Responds adequately to client questions, is courteous and patient, polite and friendly
- Speaks with the client "in the same language" that is understandable to the client
- Tends to help the client and is genuinely interested in him/her
Cold calling skills

Schedule and Work Schedule
Daily 5 days a week:
70% of working hours - field work
30% office work: making calls, setting up meetings, filing and reporting.

Salary + % of sales (bonus part)
