Candidate Profile/Job Description
Your tasks & responsibilities
Responsible for obtaining profitable results with independent distributors (Partners) by developing their sales skills and product knowledge a member of the France Country Mangement.
Planning and coordination of sales activities in coordination with the Country Manager and its parent company with fast descionsway
Central point of contact for partners in all matters
Support and expansion of the partnership structure
Transfer of customer needs and expectations to the marketing department
Analysis and development of sales figures
Derivation of appropriate measures
Conducting of meeting- and training-sessions
YOUR PROFILE
English Language Level C1
Min. French Language Level C1
University Degree in Economics or equivalent
Pronounced presentation and communication skills
Experience in sales and set-up of sales organizations preferably
in
- Network Marketing
- Multi-Level-Marketing
- Direct Selling
Comprehension of commercial relationships
Experience in the conception and implementation of sales activities
in a confident manner
Sovereignty in negotiations and presentations
High energy, level good humor
Teamplayer with open mind
Very fast learner with a good adapdability capacity
