A global MNC headquartered in Lahore is looking to recruit a high potential female leader for one of their most important and prized position of Sales Manager for the Central region. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing annual business plans in their assigned sales center to meet sales performance targets and managing a team of Areas Sales Managers (Regional Sales Managers). The role reports into the Field Sales Director and provides a fantastic opportunity to drive the territory autonomously from a leadership standpoint driving a revenue of around Rs 1bn, managing a big sizeable business, innovating, and setting and sharing best practices with other regions. The role provides the individual a great opportunity for high visibility, great networking and to fast track their career with the expectation of them having moved to their next leadership role within 1 to 1.5 years.
The individual should be from the FMCG sector have at least 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years functional experience covering areas such as a distribution management, retail management, market development and execution, and people leadership skills including developing and coaching teams for high performance. They should have a solid understanding and working knowledge of Route to Market philosophy, Sales Force Effectiveness parameters, and principles of Revenue Growth Management and Execution.
