• Drive business growth across the Sports Medicine portfolio

• Build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists, and hospitals

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Execute territory strategies, trainings, workshops, and product demos

• Represent the brand at conferences, workshops, and trade events

• Use market insights and sales analytics to refine strategy

???? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in medical device sales

• Minimum 2 years in Sports Medicine / Orthopedics

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

• Solid understanding of sports medicine procedures and products

• MBA preferred (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Business background)
