Headquartered in the USA, with offices around the world, several wholly owned manufacturing facilities in Asia, and dedicated engineering and design teams, the company partners with globally recognized brands to design and create secondary packaging.
Description
Our client is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales and Key Account Manager to increase sales and brand awareness. This is an opportunity to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will focus on building long term relationships, selling and managing projects. This full-time position requires you to be located in the USA (preferably in NYC area) and will report to the Managing Director in New York.
Responsibilities include
- Proactively generate new leads and schedule video and in-person meetings
- Anticipate the needs of the client and recommend new products by articulating capabilities
- Build meaningful and strong relationships with customers
- Follow through on projects and production from prospect to final deliverable
- Collaborate closely with our account executives, manufacturing facilities and teams in China and FranceThe ideal candidate:
- Must be experienced, with strong existing relationships and accounts within the industry
- Must be able to work independently while using the tools to communicate with the internal teams in New York and in China.
- Utilizes proactive sales and closing techniques
- Prioritizes account visits and face-to-face meetings
- Use technology and data as valuable tools to stay organized and informed
- Thinks creatively about the brand and gets inspired across industries
- Has a track record of sales strategy development and execution based on KPIsOther requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of secondary luxury packaging produced in China
- Based in USA, preferably NYC area
- Ability to work remotely and in the office
- English communication skills are required
- Master DegreeSalary package:
- Base salary
