Job: Sales Managers - Off-plan Sales

A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai, is seeking experienced Sales Managers - Off-plan Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious sales professionals based in Jordan who are ready to take their careers to the next level in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
The client will conduct an in-person Recruitment Drive and Roadshow in Amman. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend interviews directly with the client’s hiring team.
⚠️ Note: Only candidates physically present for the recruitment drive will be considered.
Requirements

Proven track record in real estate sales (preferably off-plan).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to relocate to Dubai within 15 days of offer acceptance.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 12,000 per month + commision + incentives

Performance Target: AED 10 million in monthly sales

Relocation Assistance: 14-day company-provided accommodation upon arrival; candidates must arrange their own accommodation thereafter

Visa & Travel: Full relocation package upon selection (including visa processing and airline tickets)
