We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join this team of 50 persons in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fundamentals = MUST HAVE: Ensure the role of Business Manager on your client and prospect perimeter: account mapping, understanding of issues, industry trends and c-levels constraints, collection of needs and specifications, participation in appointments and follow-up of services at your clients.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT business solutions and consulting services. Lead the pre-sales activities.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
