Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager Location: Bangalore The Opportunity: Skids is looking to onboard ‘Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager who will lead sales in the region or territory. This is a quota carrying sales role as individual contributor ‘IC’. The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager would be accountable for: 1. Developing the territory and/or accounts and seed opportunities for closure 2. Own the complete lead to closure to collection cycle 3. Develop the pipeline with high velocity and high probability deals 4. Map the customers organization and work with multiple stakeholders to close the deal 5. Meet and Exceed Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Quota The ideal candidate would have following competencies and skills • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales in premium / IB schools • CXO relationship with chairpersons/directors/CEOs of top premium / IB Schools • Experience in building and cultivating channel partners with access to decision makers of top schools • Passion for sales at the intersection of education and healthcare • Comfortable in leading both internal and external teams in a cross-collaborative manner • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
