Modality: Upgrades and Accessories – Healthcare Equipment
Portfolio: All GE and GWS products
Travel: 80%
Reporting To: Sr. Manager- Customer Success

Key Responsibilities
- Do regular customer visits to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
- Deliver operating plan.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibition / conferences.
- Collaborate with team members in achieving better results
Persona: what are we looking for
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred in Healthcare Industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English & Local language
- Confident in commercial negotiations & closures.
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Good sense of organization’s portfolio and keen attention to detail
- Ability to understand customer’s requirement & pitch relevant solutions
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
