Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Services professionals to help them best leverage Salesforce.com to deliver value to our client's customers

Support the technology stack that supports all of our client's go-to-market processes

Use best practices to configure Salesforce.com and other technologies

Partner with key stakeholders to gain deep understanding of their business strategies to translate their requirements into well-architected solutions

Provide day-to-day salesforce administration support, maintenance and operations of Salesforce applications and integrations

Assist in root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects encountered during different stages of project development and delivery

Create and maintain technical design documentation

Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success operational teams, and other technical teams
Experience Requirements (Mandatory):
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com, including flows, reports, page layouts, dashboards, and object design.

Understanding of Sales Engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft

Good understanding of Go-to-Market processes, such as lead and opportunity management

Experience with Salesforce CPQ and recurring billing model is idealGreat communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting internal customers
