Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
- Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria’s, use cases and business process design/requirement documents.
- Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- B.E or B.Tech or MCA
- Relevant experience in business analysis –FSL field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including FSL, and understanding of business processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.
- Must have experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.
- Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects.
- Experience in complicated software projects.

Location: Bangalore
Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days in a week
