Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end FSL solution design and architecture.
• Define system integrations, mobile strategies, and data migration approaches.
• Provide technical governance and best practices for developers and consultants.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance in FSL implementations.
• Act as a key advisor to stakeholders on FSL capabilities and roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ years in FSL.
• Proven track record of leading FSL architecture and large-scale implementations.
• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certifications required (CTA preferred).
• Strong leadership, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Bangalore

Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days in a week
