Job Description:
The Salesforce Specialist role in Bangalore, India, involves working with various teams to design, build, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Pardot. This role also includes data management, third-party product integration, documentation, and presenting technical information to the management team. The specialist should have a strong Salesforce background, troubleshooting skills, and be customer-focused. Salesforce Administrator qualification is required, and additional certifications are advantageous. The role requires adaptability, database and integration experience, and proficiency in English. Coaching and training team members is also part of the job.
Job scope and Accountabilities:
With a passion for building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, we are looking for a flexible individual who can work across multiple tasks with the ability to perform in a matrix-style structure. As part of a fast-paced and changing environment, the Salesforce Specialist will need a strong technical background coupled with the ability to communicate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Furthermore, it is essential that the successful individual is a qualified Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
An overview of the main duties of the role is provided below:
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders from Sales and Marketing teams to design, build and implement across the Salesforce platform (including Pardot) to meet requirement,
- Support with data management initiatives using data quality tools including DataLoader;
- Support the business with the implementation of third-party products,
- Create document requirements, standard methodologies, training, UAT, and technical specifications to business agreed standards,
- Present technical specifications, training and standard methodologies to the Executive Management Team,
- Should be able to learn and adapt to business operation tasks like working with Talend for Data Integration.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as needed,
- Coach and train team members where appropriate.
