Our client is a prominent private equity firm based in Silicon Valley, known for nurturing tech companies into industry leaders. They manage over $5 billion in assets and have a robust portfolio of 30+ global firms. In this role as a Salesforce Specialist, we seek a professional experienced in Salesforce Administration and Development, focusing on Pardot. The ideal candidate should excel in data management, third-party product integration, and the provision of technical documentation and training. Possessing Salesforce Administrator qualifications and ideally Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications is a valuable advantage for this position.

An overview of the main duties of the role is provided below:

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders from Sales and Marketing teams to design, build and implement across the Salesforce platform (including Pardot) to meet requirement,
• Support with data management initiatives using data quality tools including DataLoader;
• Support the business with the implementation of third-party products,
• Create document requirements, standard methodologies, training, UAT, and technical specifications to business agreed standards,
• Present technical specifications, training and standard methodologies to the Executive Management Team,
• Should be able to learn and adapt to business operation tasks like working with Talend for Data Integration.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as needed,
• Coach and train team members where appropriate.

Experience and Skillset required:

• Strong Salesforce Administrator and Developer background, including experience of Pardot,
• Excellent analytic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software and IT infrastructures,
• Customer focused with strong communication,
• Salesforce Administrator qualification is essential,
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I qualifications are highly advantageous,
• Pro-active self-starter,
• Experience with databases,
• Experience with Integration projects
• Flexible and positive attitude,
• Must be fluent in English, verbal and in writing.
