Technical Know How

Mandatory:

• Strong experience with ABAP Restful Programming Model (RAP) for modern application development.
• Strong experience with CDS Views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), Key user extensibility and OData Services.
• Strong experience with Eclipse.
• Expertise in ABAP Core, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), and Advanced ABAP syntax.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAP Script.
• Strong knowledge of Enhancements (BADI, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements).
• Proficiency in performance tuning techniques, including SQL trace, runtime analysis, and memory optimization.
• Experience working with SAP Business Workflow and extending standard workflows.
• Strong understanding of SAP Authorization Concepts and Security (Roles & Authorizations, Object-Based Security).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and API integration.
• Experience working with CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including Custom Code Migration (ATC Checks, Remediation).

Good to Know :

• Experience with Business Application Studio and Git experience.
• UI5 enhancements and custom application development.
• Web Development languages ( SAPUi5, XML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
• Experience in SAP Build in BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Familiarity with Cloud Integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and Side-by-Side Extensions is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD.

Education & Experience

• 6+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with at least 2-3 years in RAP Development with Managed and Unmanaged scenario.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services is must.
• Certification in ABAP with S/4HANA is a plus.
