SAP HCM Solution Architect

You are responsible for the technical support of the SAP HCM applications as well as the technical conception of change requests

 

You will actively participate in implementations in the area of SAP HCM and, if you have the appropriate prior knowledge, take on the (partial) project management

 

You will support the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors.

 

You are responsible for architecture topics in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

 

You take on the customizing and programming in SAP HCM to adapt the running applications.

 

You are responsible for the documentation of the system landscape and the changes made.

 

They support operations (2nd and 3rd level support).

 

Requirements for candidates

 

Knowledge of SAP HCM (primarily PA and PT)

 

Basic knowledge of the HCM Fiori apps (ODATA programming and SAP UI5)

 

Practical experience in configuring SuccessFactors

 

Knowledge of the Employee Central and Talent Management module is an advantage

 

In-depth knowledge of ABAP development

 

In-depth knowledge of ABAP OO and Web Dynpro ABAP, including customizing
