About the Company:
Our client, a 100 year old global leader in medical devices, operates in 160+ countries worldwide and is strategically expanding its Gurgaon-based Innovation Center to drive future growth and innovation.

Experience Required:
3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP System Training support and Learning Management System (LMS) administration, preferably with Success Factors LMS and SAP enable now.

Key Experience:

• Managing day-to-day operations of training and LMS systems, including user training, troubleshooting, and support.
• Coordinating training phases, managing training assignments, and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Supporting ITSM setup, incident tracking, and monitoring.
• Working with internal teams (SAP Security, COE) and external consultants to ensure smooth project implementation and support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems, including Success Factors LMS, SAP Enable now, and advanced Excel skills.
• Effective communication abilities for user interaction and incident management.
• Administrative expertise in LMS and ITSM setup and support.
• Strong organizational skills to streamline training processes and ensure SLAs are met.
