Position Overview:
We are seeking an SAP Key User (m/f/d) to lead the localization phase of SAP S4/HANA in our Commercial Center Germany. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation of processes post-SAP implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Customize the SMP to align with German sales requirements in close collaboration with international division colleagues and internal interface departments.
- Facilitate and lead alignment meetings between project management, external SAP consultants, corporate representation, IT department, and adjacent functional departments.
- Continuously document work results and determinations, taking responsibility for migrating existing satellite systems (e.g., CRM, wholesale interface, monitoring & reporting).
- Plan and conduct internal training sessions for all team members.
- Gradual adaptation of working instructions and employee handbooks to the new ERP system.
- Test configurations and settings, provide support for SAP-related queries before, during, and after SAP implementation.
- Adhere to all pharmaceutical regulations and comply with GDP/GMP standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Extensive proven experience as an SAP Key User or SAP Consultant, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP R3 or S4/HANA, SD module.
- Experience leading national and/or international projects in the SAP environment.
- Strong database handling, CRM system, or SAP programming skills.
- Profound project management knowledge.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in both German and proficient English.
