About the Role

Join our global team in driving large-scale S/4HANA transformations for leading international clients. We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP MDG Functional Consultant to design and deliver innovative Master Data Governance solutions that shape the digital backbone of global enterprises.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions focused on financial master data. This includes General Ledger (GL) accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and company codes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to define governance processes, configure MDG-F data models, and ensure high-quality financial data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP MDG-F (Finance) data models including GL accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
• Define and implement governance workflows using BRF+ and SAP standard workflow tools.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure UI modeling, validations, and derivations for financial master data.
• Ensure integration and replication of financial master data across SAP and non-SAP systems using DRF (Data Replication Framework).
• Support data quality initiatives, including duplicate checks, harmonization, and consolidation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for finance data stewards and end users.
• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI and MDG implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial master data structures including GL accounts, cost/profit centers, and company codes.
• Hands-on experience with MDG-FLEX data model, BRF+, workflow configuration, and UI modeling.
• Familiarity with data replication frameworks, error handling, and S/4HANA integration.
• Experience in functional documentation, testing, and user training.
