Job Description

Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous procurement processes in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) in the region
Execute the Service Delivery for the P2P functions and sub-processes (procurement service, invoice processing, payment processing, etc) in order to ensure an efficient, effective, and cost-effective service to the customer.
Execute P2P shared service center quality levels through service level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous governance rhythm.
Run all periodic processes related to P2P month-end and year-end closing.
Support the alignment of Cost and Accounts Payable teams into the P2P Vertical and identify standardization opportunities to optimize the execution, process design, and people management aspects of the vertical.
Communicate and collaborate routinely with purchase colleagues at regional levels, providing direction related to key processes and related changes, the sharing of best practices, and keeping them abreast of initiatives that have a global impact.
Maintain an appropriate system configuration and IT environment to ensure effective and efficient execution of P2P processes.
Support the integration of a range of IT system platforms, processes, stakeholder and vendor relationships related to P2P processes.
Ensure that various processes are well documented, make the best use of technology and process, and are integrated into ways of working and systems across the business.
