Are you a skilled SAP Order to Cash Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity? We have the perfect role for you! Join our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, as part of their dynamic Information Technology - SAP Center of Excellence (COE) team.
Job Summary:
As an SAP Order to Cash Specialist, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business stakeholders, consultants, and team members to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Global Trade. Your expertise will be pivotal in meeting our client's business unit's needs for "Order to Cash, Field Inventory Management, and Import/Export" processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the architecture and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across their operating subsidiaries and the holding company for Terumo in North and South America, as well as globally.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SAP COE Leader, Commercial and FIM Leader, Integration Manager, and project consultants to develop and maintain a roadmap for Order to Cash, Field Inventory Management, and Import/Export solutions.
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS solutions for "Order to Cash, Field Inventory Management, and Import/Export Processes" in procurement and distribution functions.
- Enhance business processes through the development of regionally relevant solutions.
- Resolve integration points and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Assist in test script development, execution, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose improvements using knowledge of IDOCs and batch job processing.
- Perform fit/gap assessments and finalize functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and developers to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction of documented requirements.
- Provide regular and timely status reports to the Order to Cash Solution Architect.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance
- 5+ years of SAP implementation/support experience (SAP SD)
- Strong knowledge of integration with LWM, STP, RTR, and Tax (OneSource)
- Previous experience in the Medical Device/Life Science industry is preferred
