JOB DESCRIPTION: SAP PM

· SAP PM Implementation covers the data preparation, transformation, upload and validation of all elements related to Task List, Task Frequency, Responsibility, Maintenance Items and Maintenance Plans.

· Work packs shall be required to be implemented in SAP through the Preventive Maintenance “PM” module.

· Provide expertise and advice on monitoring the Quality of SAP input and fidelity of the Equipment Strategy data.

· Lead data quality checks and resolve accordingly at Functional Location and Equipment Strategy Level.

· Familiarity with objects such as Task Lists, Task Frequency, Responsibility, Maintenance Items, Maintenance Plans.

· Must have experience in extracting data from SAP PM modules into various formats especially objects such as Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists and Material Masters.

· To support the SAP ERP team in PM application configuration, development, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting

· Configure, develop and maintain scalable and extendable SAP PM Solutions

· Provide support to customer on SAP PM issues and problems

· Work in conjunction with other Team members to develop the right solution for a given problem

· Expertise in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP – PM functional areas.

· Configure/customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design

· Interface/integration of third party tools/solutions with SAP/other systems or vice versa.

· Document and update, test scenarios, end user training / technical manuals and able to conduct user training.

· Conducting / coordinating Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing. Resolving testing issues, specifying documenting fixes and re-testing.

· Knowledge of Predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0.

Educational Qualification:

Required - Graduate in BSc. Computer/ BCA/ BE/ MBA

Preferred- BE / MBA

Experience - 8-10 years’ experience in SAP systems implementation, support and upgrade work
