My client, a 100-yr old multinational FMCG organization, is headquartered in the US and has a global presence across more than 150 countries. They have established their GIC in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai and are hiring for SAP FICO specialists to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Work with the team leader on SAP S4 HANA and manage AMS vendor for change requests and daily support.
• Collaborate with various teams for SCM projects, prepare SLAs, and provide progress reports.
• Good knowledge of FMCG processes in SCM & Finance.
• Manage offshore delivery costs, build stakeholder relationships, and mitigate risks.
• Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as needed.

Required skillset: 

• Min 7+ years of technical and work experience in supporting/delivering SAP initiatives in the SCM and Finance domains
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and expertise in PP, goot to have WM/EWM. 
• Support and deliver SAP-driven initiatives in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance domains for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. 
• Responsibilities include understanding and supporting month-end processes, assisting the business team, and leveraging functional SAP competencies.
• Previous experience as a consultant or manager in supporting and implementing SCM projects. 
• Experience in configuring and implementing SCM planning processes/applications like SAP IBP, MRP, APO, and PPDS. 
• Expertise in SAP EWM, both basic and advanced functionalities. 
• Good knowledge of integration across FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
