Job Title: SAP QM Consultant (Quality Management)

Location : Gurgaon

Work mode: Hybrid

Role Highlights:

• Specialized role in SAP Quality Management (QM) Module.
• Responsibilities include understanding global solutions, process flows, and integration interfaces.
• Hands-on support for SAP QM solutions, incident ownership, and resolution.
• Effective communication with the  Center of Excellence (CoE) and business users.
• Involvement in solution change management testing and knowledge transfer for SAP rollouts.
• Focus on delivering first-time right fixes for incidents and change requests.
• Collaboration with internal departments and IT Infrastructure for issue resolution and installations.
• QM Interfaces with third party system
• Experience in SAP QM, procurement, production, and batch management preferred, with a background in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• As per the requirements, the role entails working on the implementation, support, and rollout of SAP QM.

Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in SAP QM.
• Experience in SAP QM in procurement.
• Experience in QM in production.
• Experience in Batch management.
• SAP QM Integration with other SAP module.

Additional preference:

• One of the prior experiences in life sciences (medical device or pharma)
