SAP SD - Senior Data Analyst – IT

• This position will involve interaction with the Global Master Data Team, business units, plants and corporate staff units to aid the management of vendors for supplier and procurement management, customers for customer fulfillment functions and materials in the SAP Master database
• Support the creation, monitoring, accuracy, and update on a daily basis of the customer and vendor master data maintained for all Business Partners for all Business Units and all ERP systems and enforce governance around all BSC guidelines and policies
• Support the creation, monitoring, and update on a daily basis of the material master data maintained for all locations that receive, store, ship, or utilize materials for production, resale or rework,
• Performs data conformity checks as per rules in place
• Performs data quality analysis as per the audit plan
• Performs data updates as per processes in place and based on different sources of inputs: data provider notifications, user requests, data-quality issues reported, cleansing action plan, etc.
• Collects, verify, and inputs sensitive data (for example banking information)
• Contributes to the design of process & tools improvements under the direction of the Business Product Owners
• Performs testing of the IT new functionalities/releases
• Supports End-users in the execution of the processes
• Captures issues/inefficiencies seen in the execution of the operational process (as input for process improvements)
• 30% - Business Process activities & support including Special Project activities (rollout, integration of companies acquired, etc.)
• Contributes to project operational activities (data preparation & cleaning, testing, training, user support, etc.)
• Problem-solve issues relating to master data

Qualifications and skills

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience required
• At least 2-3 successful completions of SAP implementations (SAP S4 HAHA implementation preferred)
• Thorough understanding of SAP SD Module - Customer Master, Business partners, Pricing, Credit, Rebates, etc..
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA data migration tools and strong data analysis skill is required
• Experience with handling Batch master and Serialized data
• Experience with loading transactional data during production deployment 
• Good communication skills are written and verbal
• Life Science industry experience preferred
