KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Production support & value adds:

• Adhere to the company’s procedure (ITSM, CHARM, etc.) for user management and role management.
• Meet the SLAs for incident and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple SAP products and peripheral software.
• Collaborate with various process areas to provide a solution of their requirements.
• Should have very good understanding on SAP security fundamentals and authorization concepts to be able to provide prompt support to the Business users.
• Should be good in documentation and try to bring process improvements.

Project work & improvements:

• Provide solution and approach as per the Business Requirements.
• Proactive in conducting the gap analysis and assessments to bring up improvement in SAP Solutions.
• Should have hands on knowledge of GRC functions to be able to configure EAM, ARM, BRM, Ruleset, etc.
• Building the Security Test Scripts to achieve the sanity checks from Security Objects perspective in different SAP systems.
• Documenting the role design, security approach and road maps for new SAP solutions.
• Implementing automated ways of working using RPA and SAP scripting.

Audit, controls & monitoring:

• Should have comprehensive knowledge of the Business Processes to be able to correlate with Security Risk and Impact.
• Understand the controls and monitor it as per RCM.
• Run regular SOD and BCA analysis at Business role and user level.
• Participate in internal and external audit and provide the requested data.
