Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in any process area, (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) (16 Years of Education is must)
Experience: 7 - 10 Years
Summary of overall job:
Under the leadership and tactical guidance of a Source to Pay Solution Architect, the SAP Source to Pay Specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants to help design, develop, deploy and support solutions in SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA and any associated bolt-on to meet business unit needs for “Sourcing, Contracting, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Management and e-Invoicing” business processes. The incumbent will also play a critical role in supporting and developing the architecture and implementation of SAP S4HANA within the operating subsidiaries and the holding company for the client in North and South America.
Essential Experience:
- Total 8 Years of Experience with SAP Implementation / Support (SAP Source to Pay).
- 2+ Years of Experience in Medical Device/Life Science industry Preferable.
- Experience with major large, complex multi country end to end SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs
- Support experience utilizing and configuring the SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC / SAP SRM Sourcing, Contracting, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Management, and e-Invoicing Processes.
- Cross Functional SAP Knowledge with Production Planning, Quality Management, Sales, and Distribution, FICO.
- Good support experience along with the very good integration knowledge
- Responsible for quality, management and maintenance of development templates, standards, documents and repository throughout the project and later
- Implement and maintain change and release management process for all process teams
Key Role/Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution (90%)
- Experience working in SAP Ariba, S/4 HANA Procurement, SAP ECC 6.0 Materials Management, SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), Warehouse Management (WM)
- Integration experience of connecting SAP Ariba to backend ERP systems (SAP and Non-SAP) through SAP Cloud Integration platform.
- SAP S4 HANA Incident Management Resolution
- SAP S4 HANA Change Requests and Enhancement Resolution
- Provide functional advisory support to ad hoc SAP/Non-SAP led initiatives in other subsidiaries to support managerial decision making
- Work with Consultants/Developers to clarify any requirements as needed.
- Perform unit testing and ensure satisfaction of the documented requirements
- Timely Development and communication of weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports to Source to Pay Solution Architect
- Perform Fit/Gap assessment and finalize functional specifications.
- Enhance Sourcing, Contracting, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Management and e-Invoicing business processes through the development of regionally relevant solutions to meet business needs Support the Logistics and Warehouse Management Solutions in client Landscape

- Complete ownership of STP Incidents and Assign to self and Team and work towards resolution and help the team.
- Evaluate effort estimations for change requests based on resource availability and work with the technical team on delivery of quality changes to production on time
- Co-ordinate with Client SAP COE Team
