Experience: Minimum 8+yrs of relevant experience.

Work Location: WFO || Mumbai (Near to CST)

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Consultant will be driving the discussions with the clients in designing and delivering solutions to meet Client requirements using standard modules of SAP SF
• Conduct requirements workshops, showcase standard SAP SF solution, prepare Fit-Gap analysis, prepare Workbooks, etc.
• Be the ‘advisor to client’ and advise on internal systems architecture
• Review of internal / existing integrations, advise relevant solutions and help improve performance / UI / UX
• Work with internal project teams in delivering SAP SF modules
• The consultant will be leading the discussions with Customer’s IT team, Business Process Teams and Project Sponsor, independently and suggest solutions based on best practices
• The Consultant should be able to think creatively and propose solutions/ workarounds which are scalable, match and align with the overall product strategy
• Provide required reporting & analysis (insights) on the projects’ health, corrective actions required and help/guide internal SF to meet client expectations

Requirements:

• Must have minimum executed 2 implementations, end-to-end in EC Module.
• The chosen professional will have thorough knowledge of intricacies involved in companies with complex web environments / system architecture
• He/She must have good hands-on knowledge of understanding Clients’ system architecture and provide solutions w.r.t. SAP, SuccessFactors and Kronos (preferable)
• Experience in SF Integration with SAP Payroll, UKG and other systems.
• Experience in working on the productized and custom integration techniques within SuccessFactors.
• Exposure to MDF and Fiori Apps is desirable.
• Exposure to CPI based HCI integrations is MUST.
• Exposure to integration of Standard / Custom Portlets with SAP On-premises.
