This role is part of the Supply Chain Management function, focusing on efficient end-to-end order fulfillment across B2B and B2C channels. The incumbent will manage logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and order processing to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders (B2B & B2C) and handle PO creation.

Oversee inward and outward warehouse operations, coordinating with logistics partners.

Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment as required.

Manage transportation operations, including spot-hire rate negotiations and shipment tracking.

Handle case escalations, returns, and marketplace order movements.

Maintain and implement channel-wise SOPs for fulfillment.

Support procurement of packaging materials and other operational needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols.

Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Analytical approach with problem-solving mindset.
