This role will support investment and cooperation activities in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and process technologies. The successful candidate will provide market insights, identify strategic opportunities, and drive the execution of investment and partnership projects that shape the company’s long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and evaluate investment and cooperation opportunities within the semiconductor industry (design, manufacturing, process technologies).

Participate in due diligence, business logic argumentation, strategy formulation, and transaction model design for investment projects.

Lead or support business negotiations, contract drafting, and framework agreements for cooperation and investment initiatives.

Monitor and assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to support business strategy.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships and ecosystems with industry players, consulting firms, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution and follow-up of projects.

Provide strategic reports and presentations to management, contributing to decision-making and investment planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in semiconductor engineering, electronics, communications, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry (design, manufacturing, or related domains).

Strong knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including value chain, players, and emerging trends.

Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic cooperation, or investment projects.

Solid skills in market analysis, project management, negotiation, and contract management.

Ability to work under pressure, with strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
