Responsibilities
As a Semiconductor Standards and Industry Development Expert, you will lead and influence strategic initiatives in the semiconductor domain, focusing on ecosystem building, industry alliances, and standardization efforts.
Key responsibilities include:

Drive the development and promotion of industry standards and alliances across global semiconductor ecosystems. Actively engage in standards bodies, open-source initiatives, and industrial partnerships.

Formulate and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the semiconductor value chain, identifying opportunities, risks, and technological trends.

Conduct comprehensive industry and market analyses, producing actionable insights and high-impact reports to inform decision-makers and guide strategic direction.

Support and lead initiatives related to open-source projects and developer ecosystems, ensuring alignment with broader industry trends.

Design, plan, and execute complex industry projects, managing technical, strategic, and partnership dimensions to achieve long-term objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including standards organizations, industry consortia, and research institutions.

Represent the company in international forums, consortia, and industry events, promoting thought leadership and technical expertise.
Requirements

Degree in engineering, physics, electronics, semiconductors, management, or economics.

An MBA or equivalent qualification is considered a plus.

At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally covering industry strategy, alliances, or ecosystem development.

Experience in AI-related fields or open-source technology initiatives is advantageous.

Proven expertise in standardization, industry alliances, or ecosystem management.

Deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, industry structures, and supply chains.
