Responsibilities
As a Semiconductor Strategy Planning Expert, you will lead strategic foresight efforts and drive actionable planning across key semiconductor domains. Your mission will be to anticipate paradigm shifts, translate insights into strategy, and align internal stakeholders around long-term growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:

Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market disruptions, and macro trends affecting the semiconductor industry. Identify future growth areas and technology directions.

Design research initiatives, frameworks, and methodologies to support complex strategic topic studies across the organization.

Deliver authoritative insight reports, competitive intelligence, and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Drive the execution of strategic programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, and ensuring that initiatives reflect the broader strategic vision.

Present findings and recommendations to senior executives (e.g., IPMT, IMT), supporting internal strategic reviews and long-term planning.

Represent the organization in external forums, contributing to thought leadership and influencing the broader ecosystem.
Requirements

Degree in engineering, physics, semiconductors, or a related technical field

Background in economics, management, or strategic consulting is considered a strong plus

8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech sectors

Experience in technology strategy, industry foresight, or innovation consulting

Familiarity with AI domains is advantageous

Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry structure, technologies, and value chains

Exceptional foresight and research capabilities in identifying disruptive technologies
