Position: Senior Application Manager

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Reports To: Head – Application Support

Product Segment: In-vitro Diagnostics

Responsibilities:

The selected Individual would be responsible for fulfilling these:

• Installation & Troubleshooting of Medical Diagnostics Equipment.
•  Remote support.
• To Travel extensively and give onsite support – field training to the customers.
• To Work with Engineers in the Field for Preventive Maintenance, Key Business Development Calls, Installations & Post Installation Audits.
• Managing AMC's & Follow with Engineers.
• To handle a team of Engineers.
• To motivate, support & coordinate with his team for overall operational Efficiency.
• To Conduct Monthly Regional Meets & to participate in Technical Meetings & Trainings.

 Mandatory Requisites:

● Experience: 10 years in IVD industry and Lab medical diagnostics equipment.

● Education: M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Biochemistry/MLT

● Skills:

○ Strong communication skills.

○ Thorough knowledge about the Geography.

○ Excellent Man Management skills.

○ Good Knowledge of Local market & Travel Extensively across the assigned areas.
