Responsibilities:
Maintaining the evaluation unit in the company:
Evaluating candidates in internal transfers,
Preparing and conducting the annual evaluation cycle,
Development of a methodology 360,
Formation of the concept of development of the talent pool, implementation of the project together with the department of training and development,
Updating the competency model in the company,
Writing TOR for the automation of the evaluation function and data management, participation in the formation of requirements for the Evaluation product,
Interaction with external assessment providers, expanding the list of assessment tools,
Development and implementation of measures to popularize evaluation in the company,
Shaping cross-functional and cross-format networking in the company.
Requirements:
In-depth understanding of evaluation methodology,
Knowledge of different assessment tools and methods,
Experience in independently leading/participating in assessment centers, from taking a request to giving feedback,
Experience implementing/updating a competency model,
Preparation and conduct of HR committees, automation of assessment processes,
Ability to see process imperfections and suggest ways to improve,
Experience in consulting or assessment companies as an advantage, certifications in various assessment tools (SHL, Talent Q, Ecopsy).
Conditions:
Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 am to 6:15 pm (Friday to 5:00 pm),
