About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud data platforms for 140 global tenants, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Address tenant work orders, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Implement automation strategies for scalability, cost management, and backup/recovery on AWS & Snowflake.
• Guarantee consistency, security, and availability of data in adherence to international regulatory standards.
• Provide training to developers and engineers on platform best practices.
• Stay updated on global standards in the medical device sector and assess emerging tools and technologies for efficiency.
