Scope of Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have hands on experience in synchronizing multiple environments of LIMS systems and managing the pipeline changes/bugfixes observed on Sample Manager application and maintain the system Audit ready state.
• Candidate must have Sound Knowledge on LIMS – Laboratory Information Management & Instrument Middleware System (Sample Manager LIMS and Integration Manager, Chromeleon product from Thermo Fisher) technology which includes Development, Configuration and Testing skills
• Candidate should have experience on Sample Manager LIMS versions – 11.1, 11.2, 12.1 and 12.2 and Integration Manager v2, v3 and ability to adopt to the new technology including hands on experience on On-Prem to Cloud migrations
• Candidate should be proficient in coding skills using languages like C#, VGL, .Net objects etc. used for customizing Sample Manager modules
• Candidate should have hands on development experience on Database (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
• LIMS Implementation Knowledge includes global as well as local rollouts.
• Candidate should have hands on usage of Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in Service Now.
• Candidate should have hands on Knowledge on Multiple interfaces like SAP, Third party Labs, Report creation and modification in Thermo Sample Manager system.

Skills/Experiences

• Extensive experience working as IT Senior Business Analyst – Integrated Labs role like recording Requirements & Design workshops with various Business & IS stakeholders, GAMP 5 CSV documentation skills, excellent communication skills and basic QC process knowledge on Supply/Manufacturing side.
• Proven track record of expertise of suite of Lab /ITIL solutions e.g., LIMS-Sample Manager(mandatory), Trackwise (desirable), SAP QM (mandatory), Document Management System (preferred), Service Now (mandatory), HPQC ALM (mandatory), Infor Optiva PLM (desirable)etc.
• Hands on with C#, VGL, server scripting languages etc.
• Hands on experience in IQ / OQ /PQ for Sample manager application and other thermo products like IM/Chromeleon etc.
• Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders to balance business needs with IS standards and processes

Technical / Professional Qualifications:

• Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in C#, VGL coding and report designing.
• Expertise in suite of Lab systems e.g., LIMS (Sample Manager), SAP QM, LIMS(Labware)
• Agile software development methodologies e.g., Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe
• Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
