Senior Delivery Manager

Job Description:

1. Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders in the public sector and Enterprise domains, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.

2. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with key decision-makers, and the ability to understand and navigate complex political and bureaucratic environments.

3. Strong consulting skills, with the ability to identify and understand the needs of clients, provide expert advice, and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

4. A proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions in the public sector and large enterprises, with a focus on managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and team members, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

6. Good understanding of application development technologies like Python, ML, API Integration, etc.

7. Good understanding of server/storage configuration, API Integration, Cloud deployment, and configuration

8. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc computer applications.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Review customer orders and plan and coordinate execute delivery activities

2. Develop scope and budget for project deliveries

3. Ability to understand all technical aspects of the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to internal stakeholders

4. Work with Solution Architect Presales to define the technical specification for features and functionalities and also determine the effort associated

5. Hands-on experience in creating SDD, SRS, Gantt Charts, etc.

6. Work closely with other teams like Engineering, Solutioning, and Platform during the requirement gathering and documentation phase to understand and establish the scope of development work in projects

7. Provide suggestions on implementation approach, limitations/complexity around implementation with respect to the platform used, and recommendations for alternative solutions

8. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

9. Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentation.

10. Serve as primary contact for customer deliveries and concerns in assigned accounts.
